BOX & BURN

This high-octane class combines elements of boxing with cardio and resistance training to teach and sharpen boxing skills and improve overall conditioning. Participants will get their cardio fix whilst improving speed & stamina, elevating their heart rate and achieving a high calorie burn. 

BOX CONDITIONING

The better your conditioning the longer you can keep your technique so our primary emphasis revolves around heightening your boxing fitness by means of pads and bagwork alongside cardio conditioning drills. 

BOX TECH

This technique-focused class will allow you to gain a thorough understanding of essential boxing techniques, from proper stance and footwork to effective punching and defensive manoeuvres. 

BOXING ANGELL'S

Female-only class honing in on boxing fundamentals technique conditioning and self-defense.

FUNCTIONAL HYROX

A combination of functional exercises and cardio endurance makes HYROX training unique and yet still attainable for people from all fitness backgrounds.​​​

JUNIOR BOX TECH

Children aged 5-8

his technique-focused class will allow you to gain a thorough understanding of essential boxing techniques, from proper stance and footwork to effective punching and defensive manoeuvres. 

POWER BOX

PowerBOX classes combine traditional boxing skills training with resistance & weight training. Full body, upper body & lower body focused sessions. Along with power shots on the bag and punch shields. Designed to have you feeling strong and maintain your punch power in the later rounds 

TEEN BOX TECH

Ages 9-14

This technique-focused class will allow you to gain a thorough understanding of essential boxing techniques, from proper stance and footwork to effective punching and defensive manoeuvres.
